Answer every customer in seconds.Even the one who shows up at 9:41pm

I build the systems that catch what slow replies and manual work quietly cost you. They run alongside the tools you already use.

See what I build

Custom-built

Built for your business, not a template.

You own everything

The system is yours. No lock-in, no rented access.

Built by the operator

You work with the person who builds it. No handoff.

Someone asks about your service at 9:41 on a Tuesday night. Nobody sees it until morning. By then they have booked the business that answered first.

A lead from last week is still sitting there, un-followed-up. The quote you meant to send is two days late. Every afternoon you copy the same details from one tool into another.

None of it feels urgent on its own. Added up over a year, it is real money, real hours, and customers who quietly went elsewhere.

Time
Hours a week lost to work that repeats.
Money
Paid labor spent on steps a system should run.
Revenue
Leads that cool off before anyone replies.
Reputation
The slow answer that reads as 'they do not care.'

One system, running quietly in the background, doing the work the moment it shows up. Three moves.

  1. 01

    Capture

Every inquiry, from every channel, any hour. Nothing waits for someone to notice it.

  2. 02

    Handle

It answers, asks the right questions, and sorts the serious from the noise. In seconds, not hours.

  3. 03

    Land it

It puts the result where your business runs: booked on the calendar, logged in your records, in your inbox.

Proof

Real builds. Shown as builds.

No client logos I do not have, no invented testimonials. Here is what the systems actually do.

Build 01

The speed-to-lead system

The problem. Service businesses lose leads to slow replies. The first to respond usually wins the job.

The system. Inbound inquiry lands, gets answered in under a minute, day or night. A short conversation qualifies it, then books the call straight onto the calendar and logs it.

Built with: Webhook intake, conversational AI, calendar + CRM sync.

Built and run by me.

Build 02

The machine that runs this business

The problem. A one-person practice cannot find clients, follow up, and reply fast all at once by hand.

The system. It finds prospects, verifies and enriches them, sends personal outreach, and gives every reply the same sub-minute response. The first client of every system I build is my own business.

Built with: Lead sourcing, enrichment, sequenced outreach, auto-response.

Built and run by me. You are looking at its front door.

Build 03

Founding build: open

The problem. Your process here.

The system. The third slot is open on purpose. I take a small number of founding builds and build the system around one process that is costing you the most.

This could be yours.

An account manager relays your messages.
You talk to the person who builds it.
Reports full of impressions and dashboards.
Answered inquiries, booked calls, hours back.
A template with your logo dropped on top.
A system built around how your business actually runs.
You rent access and hope they stay.
You own the system outright.

Process

From first call to live system.

It runs alongside what you already use. Nothing gets torn out.

  1. 01

    The call

Thirty minutes. I find the one process that is costing you the most, and we decide if it is worth building.

  2. 02

    The build

I build the system and connect it to the tools you already run. You see it working before it goes live.

  3. 03

    Live, and yours

It goes live, handed over, documented. It is your system. I am there if it needs to grow.

Who this is for.

For you if

  • Manual work is eating hours you should spend on the business.
  • You lose leads because replies and follow-ups happen late.
  • You want to own the system, not rent it forever.
  • You want outcomes you can measure, not activity reports.

Not for you if

  • You want the cheapest template on the market.
  • You want someone to manage your marketing forever.
  • Nothing about how you work today is allowed to change.

I take a limited number of founding builds at a time. That is honest capacity, not fake urgency.

Riga.

I work alone, on purpose. When you hire an agency you get an account manager, a template, and a queue. When you work with me you get the person who designs the system, builds it, and answers when it needs attention.

I build one thing well: systems that do the manual, repetitive work a business quietly loses time and money to. I do not sell you tools or dashboards. I build the thing that produces the outcome, hand it over, and make sure you own it.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

What does it cost?
It is scoped on the call, after diagnosis. The price depends on what the system has to do, and I will not guess before I understand your work. The call itself is free.
Why solo?
Because you get the builder, not a middleman. One operator means the person who promises the outcome is the person who ships it. Nothing gets lost in a handoff.
How is this different from an agency or a freelancer?
An agency sells retainers and reports activity. A freelancer usually builds a piece and leaves. I build a complete system around one costly process, hand it over, and you own it.
I am not technical. Is that a problem?
No. You do not need to understand how it works to own it. I document everything in plain language and the system runs without you touching it.
What happens if it breaks?
It is built to fail safely, so a lead is never silently dropped. If something needs attention I am the one who fixes it, not a support queue.
Do you replace the tools I already use?
No. The system runs alongside your current tools and connects to them. It is additive, not a rebuild.
Who owns the system?
You do. Outright. No locked accounts, no rented access, no dependency on me to keep the lights on.
How fast is it live?
Most first builds go live in weeks, not months, because they are scoped to one process. We set the real timeline on the call.
